What we gather, how we use it, and what we don't. In force as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

To get quotes, enter gender, birth date, health summary, tobacco status, coverage needed and policy length. These go to the carriers' quoting engine to fetch rates; we don't save them. Your name, location, phone and email stay private for quotes. If you ask the same question twice, we may serve a cached result instead of hitting the quoting engine afresh.

Applying

If you move to apply, your quoted details prefill the application on a carrier-protected server, and you then follow that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agent (License 0B75129), shepherds the application through.

The contact form

Our contact form gathers your name, email, optional phone, preferred contact mode, subject and message. It wings to the agency over email using your address as the return path. We archive nothing: no message copy, no submissions log, no content history. A brief anti-spam screen runs in your browser before you hit send.

Measurement

Visit counting happens on our own server, without cookies or tracking codes. Your IP is partially hidden before saving, referrer details are stripped, and raw logs vanish after three months. Browsers flagged with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip our measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We don't buy, sell or trade personal data. No ads follow you around. No external analytics spy on you. The sole outside code lives on the application page and only loads if you visit it.
